It had very easy access to the las ramblas about 10minutes away and there was also plenty of reasonably priced tapas bars to choose from near by. |

Atmosphere in bar particularly good - Eveline Andreazza was lovely and helpful in answering any queries we had about the city. The free bubbly at the bar was a nice surprise on checking in. |

I thought the location was excellent, the hotel was very clean and very modern. The breakfast was excellent. Exactly what we were looking for in a city break. Would recommend this hotel to others Just a small point but I needed an iron and I rang reception they told me this was a house-keeping matter and I needed to ring them. I felt reception should have dealt with this matter and liaised with house-keeping. Also we forgot our travel plug and the hotel could not help us. |

comfort, location, style, cleanliness. The hotel staff were generally rude. On arrival there was no greeting or welcome, just a surly receptionist. The one exception was the final receptionist who advised us on our onward journey and actually smiled!! |

I have stayed there before and I don't think I will go again... very bad service, bad attitude of staff... they are in the "service " industry... yet they tend to treat guest like they should not be bothered about answering querries... |
