Sentral plassering uten å være så nær at det ble for mye støy. God service ved at man hjalp meg å få sendt presserende mail og fax uten ekstra kostnad. MHT spm. nedenfor om familie med små barn: Vi var to besteforeldre med datter og et barnebarn på 2 år. Mht. Formål nedenfor: det var en litt utvidet helgetur. God service ved at hotellet raskt ved ankomst skaffet til veie utmerket barneseng. Mange feil på baderom: Tett avløp i vasken, løst do-lokk, håpløs adkomst ved at døra gikk innover og støtte mot klosettet slik at man måtte presse seg inn mellom vasken og døra. Løst feste for dusjhode. Feil med en del av IKEA-møblene på rommet: bakstykke i et par gjennomgående skap falt ut. Litt støy fra undergrunnsbane? Problemene med badet lagt fram for personalet da vi dro; var ikke så ille at vi brød oss om å klage før. |

Perfect location. When staying with 4 friends in one room it would have been more practical if one has 4 sets of keys. At first we got only one key for the front door and 2 passes for the appartment. After asking for a second key we got one directly. |

The location was great.Staff was very kind & helpful. Apartment would have been great for 2 persons but too tight for a family of 4. Too small for 4 people & only 2 beds. Shower's water went tepid after 2 showers. Some fixes needed in order to get a tidy apartment (closet drawers did not work, not enough knives for 4 people, fabric of the couch was torn...) |

Nice room with small kitchen. Be careful about late arrival (later than 23:45). Room key has to be pick up at other hotel nearby. |

The staff was amazing !!!! The room was too tight for four people --once the sofa bed was pulled out at night for sleeping ---it was impossible for the two sleeping in the two beds to get through to bathroom at night ---this was on our second visit ----the room was smaller on lower level ---- the weekend before the room was on higher level and was perfect!!!!!!!! |

The Booking Staff were helpful. We had come from Australia to Barcelona and were able to leave our bags until our room was ready. this was most helpful |

We emailed prior to our arrival that we would need separate receipt for 2 nights out of the 3 we stayed. We also told them upon arrival that we would like to pay with 2 different credit cards and would like two different receipts. Three days later upon check out they informed us that they could not give us two receipts as it was too difficult for their system. e.g. poor customer service!! |

The elevator did not work for one day and more. The toilet did not work for one and a half days. It was not repaired on the day when I pointed out the problem. I had to go the second day to asked them to fix it. |

Location and friendly staff. Malfunctioning washing machine. It was recovered, but took time. Elevator was broken couple of times during stay. |

location of appartments and cost of stay room was a bit smaller than i imagined. we booked deluxe appartment which could accomodate up to six people and it turned out to be ok for a family of four. |

Excelent location very convenient for the centre of barcelona On arrival at the hotel we were told that we could park on the road at the front of the apartments which was fine at the weekend but were not told that the car would be towed away on the monday morning !!! cost 176 euro's to get car back. Hotel staff denied any responsibility! Saying it was my fault for not being fluent in spanish parking regulations. |
