Comfortable and stylish self-catering apartments, located a short distance from the beach in Barcelona’s Olympic Village and conveniently situated for the Ciutadella Park, El Borne and the Gothic Quarter.

The apartments provide a fantastic base for your stay and offer the independence and privacy that conventional hotels do not. Whether staying for a couple of days, weeks or months, you can work, explore the city or simply relax as if you were at home.

The area is well served by public transport, the Bogatell metro station is a short distance away and there are also numerous bus routes.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

This modern building houses 36 apartments for up to 6, 8 and 10 people. The apartments for up to 6 people include 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and one kitchen.

The apartments for up to 8 people contain a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one kitchen. The apartments for up to 10 people feature a living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one kitchen.

Please note that in the apartments for up to 6 people, the living room is inside one of the bedrooms.

Area information

Situated in close proximity to many of the main monuments, commercial and tourist areas of the city, this modern building is conveniently located in the area of Parque Ciutadella, a few steps from the old town and the beach. From here, you will be able to visit all the main attractions on foot such as La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera and, of course, the sea and the harbour.

A 5 minute stroll to the east and you will find yourself next to the sea, on the most popular beaches of the Villa Olympica. Alternatively, if you go south, you will encounter the famous Ciutadella Park, the largest park in the city which was constructed for the Universal Exhibition in 1888 and home to the zoo and several museums.

In addition, the apartments are in the near vicinity of restaurants, cafes and bars, including a fine selection of seafood restaurants that can be found in the Passeig Maritime a short walk away.

Payment and Arrival Information:
At check-in you are required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorization of a EUR 300 deposit. This is automatically cancelled after verification of the apartment's condition. Please ensure you bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport).

Important: keys are delivered to Boutique Hotel Barcelona, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1. It is open 24 hours a day.

Cleaning service is not included in the price.

Once the reservation is made, the apartments will contact you by email to arrange a time and a place for payment and key collection. Therefore, it is crucial that the email given when making the reservation is correct.

Good location and very suitable for family of 5

There are unwelcoming notices at the entrance which are related to the use of the apartments as holiday accomodation, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

Mediocre location.

Towels provided were of poor quality. They came to the apartment throughout the day without warning us. Only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days.

Not very clean. No toilet paper, although after we called the staff, toilet paper was delivered the next day.

Great location and spacious

Electricity did not work and it took 3 phone calls at our expense to get it rectified. Quite a few things broken in apartment and very scruffy

The apartment is quiet, friendly and almost new. Also, it is near the metro station (Bogattel) and near Avenue Marina that can easily drive you out of town by car.

Cleanliness, Easier check-in, Damage repairs (bathroom door can not be locked)

Having to go some distance away to collect the key and then this registration process to talk more than 15 minutes was a hassle and cost me lots for the taxi, find a quicker and better way to do this. It wsn't slow staff either, the person doing all this was helpful and worked fast, it is your badly designed system

The location is very good and central. The staff is very helpful. There is a small playground on for small kids on the premises. A fresh Bakery, Lidl and grand shoppingmal on walkingdistance, including public transfer, and quit surroundings

The appartment was not clean, we found an old underwear in one of the closets from a previous visitor, the floors haven't been cleaned in ages.. And were extremely dirty. The kitchenutensils we're poor if you have the intention to cook, you have to buy them first! Rental for this appt. Should be limited for max. 4 and balconies are not suitable for fam. With small kids for safetyreasons.

The apartment was perfect for our family of six.Everything was in place.Everything required to make our stay comfortable was available from the kitchen to the rooms.Infact its like home away from home.We look forward to returning there again in the nearest future.

the receptionist was very helpful and the location of the apartments was perfect.

the picking up of the keys from a different location - not a big deal but I have traveled with a child and have been up at 4am for the flight so the stop for the keys was quite a strain.

it was a nice apartment .location was good.

cooking utensils was not good.no hangers in the bathroom to hang towels.
