Tal com diu el rètol de l'hotel "...un hotel con encanto..."! Des del moment que creues la porta, entres en un pati acollidor I amb molt d'ENCANT!! Res a veure amb els típics, clàssics hotels!! I molt cèntric, a prop dels llocs principals. Us recomano fer un cafè en el pati....respires tranquil·litat. Estàs en el cor de la ciutat, I els carrers són molt estrets, l'inconvenient és que tens el carrer molt a prop. Dins l'hotel tens 2 patis, el petit està a sobre el restaurant, sents una mica els moviments del bar, però també és cert que són molt puntuals a l'hora de tancar. |

Staff helpful, friendly. Sparkly wine brought to room on arrival as requested (only the day before by e:mail). Nice "traditional" rooms. Verandah nice. Location very good. Great breakfast. Would be nice to have a full-size "double" bath. But appreciate not enough room for one. A bit difficult getting aircon temp right overnight - no "useful tips" guide. |

The location, the room, the staff, the ambience. As a seasoned traveller having been to nearly 100 countries, I rate this hotel as one of the best I've been in to give a truly Andulician feel to the four days spent there |

Hotel had a very 'Moorish' feel about it which made it very different to usual square- box hotel rooms. Setting round a courtyard with chairs outside rooms lovely. Food in restaurant was very good. We had no problem parking in streets around hotel. It is very centrally placed but totally quiet at night. No fan in bathroom |

Atmosphere, staff. Very difficult to find the hotel. There is no any inormation in the surrounding streets (many other hotels have it). You can stop far from the hotel by car and have to carry your luggages. |

The location and the breakfast. When we arrived we were placed in a dark and dingy room depsite having booked a double superior room. We were moved at our request, however although the new room was pleasant enough I would not have like to have been in a standard double room as the superior room was in my opion quite small. The rooms in the advert appeared bigger. |

That my single room was bigger than usual. It was a pleasant room.Will return. One night it was rather loud because the kitchen staff- relaxed- after having served the guest- prepared everything for the next day. |
