location our room wasn't ready when we arrived, they said they would tell us when it was ready and they didn't and we then had to go and collect our bags from reception ourselves. In addition, there was a problem with our room key and it seemed to take an unneccessarily long time for them to resolve it. Otherwise, the staff were extremely helpful |

Loved the rooftop garden/pool area! I think the price they charge for breakfast is exessive. 18 Euros = approx. $30. Found that not only at this hotel but at all of them. |

The location is good. The prices of food and drink within the hotel were extortionate! The view was of a grey tower block in most of the rooms within the hotel and there was a strange window in the bathroom that just opened onto a hole in the middle of a wall that was the whole lenth of the building. Very few of the staff were English speaking. |

The pool was wonderful, clean and bigger than I expected, and a welcomed break from all the walking. The offered breakfast was way too expensive to take advantage of. |

Roof top swimming pool is great attraction (but water is really really cold even in scorching weather!) Staff were pleasant but not attentive, for example, distracted by other things and on the phone during my check-in and check-out. Rooms are very dated. Requested a double and got twin beds. |

Stayed here only because of the pool & location. Was given a room which was already occupied! When we told the staff at reception they didn't careless and wouldn't apologize, just gave us another room. The rooms were old fashioned & drinks expensive. Glad we only stayed one night. |

the breakfast was quite good. I was not given internet facilities and assistance for 3 days and had to change hotel. Innaceptable.They do not even have an iron in the hotel. Renovation work was being carried out on the same floor vis a vis my room |
